- 2022: Introduced the E26, a PCIe Gen5 SSD controller enabling significantly higher throughput than prior generations. Also completed testing on a customized 8 TB M.2 2280 SSD solution to earn NASA Technology Readiness Level 6 (TRL-6) certification.
- 2023: Phison becomes the world’s first independent NAND controller supplier to earn the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) Capability Level 3 (CL3) for its eMMC controllers.
