COMPUTEX 2025 is buzzing with innovation, and one of the most exciting announcements this year comes from a powerful new partnership between AVerMedia and Phison Electronics. Together, they’re unlocking new possibilities for edge AI and robotics by integrating Phison’s aiDAPTIV+ memory extension technology into AVerMedia’s NVIDIA Jetson-based IoT devices. 

So what does this mean? In short: faster, smarter, more context-aware AI—right at the edge. 

By using aiDAPTIV+ to expand the key-value (KV) cache size available to transformer models —which makes text generation faster and more efficient— AVerMedia’s Jetson platforms can now recall tokens faster, support longer sequences and deliver more accurate, human-like responses, without needing a cloud connection or a bulky GPU rig. That’s a big deal for AI-powered robots, factory automation and smart infrastructure where speed and local intelligence matter most.
