San Jose, Calif. December 11, 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Phison Electronics Corp.<\/a> (TPEX: 8299), a global leader in NAND flash controller and storage solutions, announced that its latest automotive PCIe 4.0 E22T SSD solution was awarded the 2024 Taiwan Excellence Award.<\/p>\n

The Taiwan Excellence Awards were established by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan in 1993. Every year, eligible candidates are subjected to a rigorous and stringent selection system that covers four major aspects of R&D, Design, Quality, and Marketing to identify outstanding products that offer \u201cInnovative Value\u201d while satisfying the key criterion of being \u201cmade in Taiwan.\u201d Products that have been selected for the Taiwan Excellence Awards will serve as domestic industry examples while being promoted by the government in the international market to shape the creative image for Taiwanese businesses.<\/p>\n

Phison’s PCIe 4.0 SSD E22T solution is a customizable automotive SSD controller built on a 12nm process. Its peak sequential and random read\/write performance can reach up to 7000 MB\/s and 1000K IOPS, respectively. The controller is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40\u00b0C to 95\u00b0C, effectively shouldering the responsibility of data storage in demanding automotive systems,\u201d said Ma. \u201cIn addition, the automotive E22T storage solution from Phison is compatible with ASIL-B automotive safety levels and supports next-generation automotive storage specifications such as SRIOV and Dual-Port and offers a maximum capacity of 2TB. It is believed that in the future, this solution will meet the diverse storage architecture needs of various automotive systems, including electric vehicles.\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
