The reference E28-based drive from Phison, built using a 6 nanometer process, was shown nearly hitting the 15 GB\/s sequential reads mark. A live benchmark session with CDM put out 14942.85 MB\/s sequential reads, with 14149.47 MB\/s sequential writes. Both the sequential reads and writes are the highest in the industry for this form-factor. Next up, the company showcased its new E31T DRAMless controller and reference design drives in the M.2-2242 and M.2-2230 form-factors.
