Earlier this month, Polish company GOODRAM revealed a prototype for the new IRDM Ultimate SSD, the first PCIe Gen 5 M.2 SSD from the company at IFA 2022. GOODRAM’s new storage utilizes a Phison E26 controller that accesses 3D triple-level cell flash (TLC) modules.<\/p>\n
